Session Booking Terms

These terms apply to individual and couple constellation sessions with Daniel Del Monte, online and in Bondi Beach. Please read them before booking and contact Daniel if anything is unclear.

About the work

Family and Systemic Constellations are experiential practices for exploring personal themes, relationships, roles and recurring patterns. Interpretations are possibilities for reflection, rather than established facts about you or your family. Experiences and outcomes vary; no particular result is guaranteed.

This work does not replace appropriately qualified medical, psychological, legal or other professional support.

Your participation

You choose what to share and how much detail to give. You may decline an exercise, ask questions, slow down, pause or stop at any time. Let Daniel know if you would like a break.

The preparation questionnaire helps Daniel prepare for your session. A complete family history is not needed. You may leave optional questions blank, write “I don’t know”, or discuss those topics during the session.

For couple sessions, participation is voluntary for each person. Each partner speaks from their own perspective. Neither person needs to agree with an interpretation or share something they prefer to keep private.

For couple sessions, the person making the booking completes the questionnaire about themselves and their own family. Their partner can discuss their own background during the session. Please do not answer on your partner’s behalf. Daniel will check each person’s willingness to participate at the beginning of the session; the booking person’s checkbox does not give consent for their partner.

Booking and payment

Your appointment reserves 60 minutes. For a couple session, this is 60 minutes for the couple together. The fee is shown when you select your appointment, and full payment is required at booking.

Check the date, time, time zone and whether you have selected an online or Bondi Beach session before confirming.

If you need to change your booking

Contact Daniel at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

If you cancel, Daniel may retain an amount that reflects reasonable losses caused by the cancellation, up to the booking fee. Any charge will take account of costs saved and whether the appointment can be filled by another client. The remaining balance will be refunded. Daniel will explain any amount retained. This also applies when a change requested with less than 24 hours’ notice means the reserved appointment cannot go ahead.

If illness or an emergency affects attendance, contact Daniel as soon as possible to discuss the circumstances and available options.

If Daniel cannot provide your session

If Daniel cancels or cannot provide your session, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. This also applies if a technical problem on Daniel’s side prevents him from providing the session.

Online sessions and technical problems

Online sessions take place through Zoom. Use a private space and a reliable internet connection. For a couple session, both partners need to be able to hear, speak and participate comfortably.

If a connection problem prevents you from joining, contact Daniel as soon as possible. Daniel will discuss whether the session can continue or be rescheduled. If it cannot go ahead, the cancellation arrangements above apply, including consideration of any reasonable losses. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.

If a problem on Daniel’s side prevents him from providing the session, the rescheduling or full-refund choice above applies.

In-person sessions and late arrival

In-person sessions take place in Bondi Beach. Check your booking confirmation for the address and arrival information.

If you arrive or join late, the session may still need to finish at its scheduled end time. The booked fee applies, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Your information

Daniel uses questionnaire answers to prepare for and facilitate your session. Within his practice, access to questionnaire answers is limited to Daniel. Answers and session notes are stored in Acuity Scheduling, which hosts the booking form.

Daniel does not record client sessions or put client questionnaire answers, session notes or identifiable details into AI tools.

After your session

Further sessions are optional and booked separately. Ongoing support or formal follow-up is not included in the appointment fee. You may find it helpful to allow yourself some time afterwards.

Your rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Choosing to participate does not waive those rights.
