We all carry something from our fathers and father figures.
Sometimes it shows up as approval-seeking, an inner critic that never rests, over-responsibility, or freezing when we try to set boundaries. Sometimes it looks like a drive for money or success as a stand-in for love, trouble trusting men or authority, or anger that goes underground.
In Family Constellations we view these as systemic movements—loyalties to the paternal line reaching for order and belonging.
On Sunday, 7 September (Father’s Day in Australia), we gather at Marou Home (Maroubra) for a focused, trauma-informed workshop to honour the father line, include what was missing, and invite healthier masculine resources within all of us: protection, provision, guidance and steadiness. We work gently, with consent and pacing.
No blame, just dignity for every member of the family system, present and absent.
This Workshop Is For You If…
You’ve felt unseen by father/father figure and overwork to earn approval.
Boundaries feel scary—freeze/flight kicks in when you try to say “no”.
You struggle to trust men or authority, or swing between defiance and pleasing.
Money, status or work become a proxy for love and safety.
Your inner critic is loud; rest and receiving feel undeserved.
You carry anger or grief toward father (including estranged or deceased) and want movement without blame.
You’re ready to include step/adoptive/chosen paternal figures and find your rightful place.
You want to witness or experience deep, soul-level work in community.

Two Ways to Join the Circle
Full Constellation Participant (Only 1 spot left)
Receive a personal constellation facilitated by Daniel Del Monte. With care and precision we explore your paternal field—hidden loyalties, the place of father and father figures, and movements that restore order and belonging. Deep, personalised work within a held container.
Community Participant
Witness and/or represent in others’ constellations. Many people experience profound shifts simply by observing, feeling the field, and recognising their story reflected in another. A beautiful way to engage the work at a gentle pace.
What the Event Will Hold
Grounding Meditation
We begin by settling the body and nervous system, opening a respectful field. You’ll be guided to connect with breath, the floor beneath you, and the support of ancestors who stand behind.
Mapping Hidden Loyalties to the Father Line
Through guided exercises we explore your relationship to father/father figure: patterns of distance or over-closeness, taking sides, carrying his fate, or rejecting authority. We make space for absent or deceased fathers, step-fathers, adoptive fathers and mentors. The aim is simple: everyone in their rightful place.
Live Constellations
Full Participants receive personal constellations; Community Participants witness and may be invited to represent. Daniel facilitates with a steady, non-judgmental style—tracking movements that bring what was excluded back into the system. This can invite relief around trust, boundaries, work/money pressure, anger/grief, and the inner critic.
Integration & Reflection
We pause to digest. You’ll be supported with simple questions, journalling prompts and shared reflections to help the experience land safely. We emphasise choice, pacing, and next steps if more support is needed.
Closing Circle
We close with a soft meditation to thank the field, honour fathers and father figures, and restore peace to the system. You leave grounded, not flooded.
