Mother Wound Workshop
Date: Sunday, 18 January 2026
Time: 10:00am – 2:30pm AEDT (doors open 9:55am)
Location: Waverley Woollahra Art School, 138 Bondi Rd, Bondi - Room located on Level 1 (first floor).
Join me for a grounded, trauma-aware workshop where we turn toward the maternal line with clarity and respect.
We gently explore the movements that shape how we relate, receive, and connect, creating space for what was missing and strengthening what supports you now.
We all carry something from our mothers and the maternal line.
Sometimes it shows up as people-pleasing, guilt, or over-giving. Sometimes it’s trouble receiving care, feeling “too much” or “not enough,” anxiety, shame, or going numb. It can look like merging with a parent, staying distant, caretaking your mother, or repeating her burdens around love, body, food, or rest.
In Family Constellations we see these as systemic movements, loyalties to the mother line that reach for belonging and order.
On Sunday, 18 January 2026, we gather at Waverley Woollahra Art School for a focused, trauma-aware workshop to honour the mother line, include what was missing, and invite healthier inner resources: nourishment, permission to receive, soft strength, clear boundaries, and ease in the nervous system. We work gently, with consent and pacing.
No blame. Just dignity for every member of the family system, present and absent.
This Workshop Is For You If…
You felt unseen by mother/mother figure and work hard to earn love.
Receiving care is hard; giving is easy. Rest brings guilt.
Boundaries with mother (or other women/partners) feel confusing, too close or too far.
You became the emotional caretaker or “little adult.”
Anxiety, shame, or body/food struggles echo the maternal line.
You carry grief, anger, or numbness toward mother (including estranged or deceased) and want movement without blame.
You’re ready to include step/adoptive/chosen maternal figures and find your rightful place.
You want to witness or experience deep, soul-level work in community.
No prior experience needed. Adults only.
Two Ways to Join the Circle
Receive a personal constellation facilitated by Daniel Del Monte. With care and precision we explore your maternal field, hidden loyalties, the place of mother and mother figures, and movements that restore order and belonging. Deep, personalised work within a held container.

What the Event Will Hold
-
Grounding Meditation
We begin by settling the body and nervous system. You’ll be guided to connect with breath, the floor beneath you, and the support of those who came before.
-
Mapping Hidden Loyalties to the Father Line
Through simple exercises, we explore your bond with your mother or mother figure, including patterns of closeness, distance, caretaking, or rejection. We consider birth, loss, adoption, step or chosen mothers, and experiences such as illness, depression, or absence, aiming to help everyone find their rightful place.
-
Live Constellations
Full Participants receive personal constellations, while Community Participants witness or may represent. Daniel guides the process with a steady, non-judgmental presence, supporting movements that restore balance and bring relief around receiving, boundaries, anxiety, shame, body or food patterns, and grief.
-
Integration & Reflection
Time to digest. You’ll receive simple questions, journalling prompts, and shared reflections to help the experience land safely. We emphasise choice, pacing, and next steps if more support is needed.
-
Closing Circle
We close with a soft meditation to thank the field, honour mothers and mother figures, and restore peace to the system. You leave grounded, not flooded.
